Job Summary
| 1 | Import Operations- Vessel allocation shipping instructions and coordination with various stakeholders | |||||||||||
| 2 | Ensure all contract POs/Work Orders are completed for LC and funds assurance and confirm that all documents are in line with customs regulations | |||||||||||
| 3 | Regular liaisoning with CHA and clearing agents | |||||||||||
| 4 | Management of contract and operations | |||||||||||
| 5 | All insurance policies negotiations renewals and coverages (except employee policy) | |||||||||||
| 6 | Management of the claims from start to end | |||||||||||
| 7 | Maintaining proper insurance records | |||||||||||
| 8 | Issuance of purchase order for commodity and marketing | |||||||||||
| 9 | Obtain quotes and negotiate rates for the license scrip required for customs duty payment | |||||||||||
| 10 | Team Management and coordination with marketing finance logistics operations & plant | |||||||||||
| 11 | MIS and reporting on monthly basis |
