Job Summary
A / Associate0-1Any Stream/Undergraduate (with 12 months of experience)NA1. Capture the details of the Bill of Lading in the system2. Should follow the instructions as mentioned in the Process Manual3. Self-learning skills4. Deliver the goals and targets as per defined KPIs5. Follow the company policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and manager1. Should have a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm with 95% accuracy2. Basic computer Knowledge required3. Ability of self-learning on live job 4. Eye for DetailNote : - Willingness to work in Night Shifts or odd shifts/ weekends and under high stress and pressure. Might be Rotation shifts or continuous month on month night shift or might be discontinuous night Domestic Average communication skillsAverage communication skills
