Job Summary

Hocc Impex is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Head to lead business development initiatives expand the professional client network and drive revenue growth. The role demands strong industry relationships strategic selling skills and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies targeting architects interiors and landscapers
Leverage existing client relationships to generate immediate business
Build and manage a strong pipeline of new projects and repeat orders
Represent the company in client meetings presentations and negotiations
Drive overall revenue growth and achieve monthly / quarterly targets
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing order execution and delivery
Track sales performance and prepare regular revenue reports
Strengthen brand visibility in the professional design community

Required Skills & Qualifications

3 5 years of proven experience in sales & marketing leadership
Mandatory exposure to architect / interior / landscape client handling
Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills
Ability to independently close high-value deals
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: 35000 per month
10% revenue-sharing incentive on total revenue generated
