Job Summary

Were looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Visakhapatnam this pivotal role youll lead sales initiatives build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth while fostering a collaborative and innovative sales environment. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution demonstrating exceptional leadership and a genuine commitment to customer success.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed organizational targets and revenue goals
  • Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance while maintaining a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand market presence and customer base
  • Manage key client accounts negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction through transparent communication and exceptional service delivery
  • Analyze sales data market trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes
  • Prepare detailed sales reports forecasts and performance analyses on a weekly monthly quarterly and annual basis as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing operations and customer service to ensure seamless project execution and customer experience
  • Conduct market research and develop innovative solutions to enhance customer attraction and competitive positioning
  • Handle client inquiries proposals and negotiations with professionalism clarity and attention to detail
  • Support senior management with strategic initiatives and contribute to organizational growth and development

Qualifications :

**Required Skills & Experience:**

  • Proven sales management experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong foundational knowledge of sales principles methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data interpret sales metrics and make informed business decisions
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proven leadership capability with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
