Position Overview We are seeking a Partnership Taxation Manager (Asset Management) to join our growing Accounting & Finance team. This role is ideal for a CPA with deep expertise in Sub-chapter K partnership taxation asset management structures and client service excellence. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to work with sophisticated clients in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities -
Manage and review partnership joint venture and other non-corporate entity tax returns

Advise on partnership structuring entity formation and transactional tax matters
-
Provide technical guidance on Sub-chapter K partnership taxation and US GAAP
-
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
-
Lead coach and mentor team members; support recruiting and training initiatives
-
Manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a dynamic environment
-
Participate in business development activities and client presentations
-
Travel as needed
Required Qualifications -
CPA license required

Bachelors degree in Accounting
-
Minimum 6 10 years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience
-
Experience with partnership taxation and asset management structures
-
Background with a top 10 Accounting firm
-
Strong analytical technical and tax technology skills
-
Excellent leadership communication and client relationship skills
-
Ability to work onsite three days per week
Preferred Qualifications -
Experience with entity formation and mergers & acquisitions

Demonstrated career stability with minimal job hopping

Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing teams
