The Senior Marketing Manager USA will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives across the United States driving brand awareness community engagement and event participation. Reporting to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager The Americas this role is responsible for translating global brand strategy into impactful regional campaigns and ensuring effective marketing execution across channels.
The role will oversee the U.S. marketing calendar manage key marketing initiatives and products and lead the Content Marketing Manager North America to deliver best-in-class storytelling and content activation.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the U.S. marketing strategy owning the annual marketing calendar to ensure alignment with event schedules and brand moments.
- Campaign & Brand Leadership: Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital social PR and partnerships ensuring a consistent and premium brand presence.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Content Marketing Manager North America providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration across departments.
- Influencer & Community Strategy: Lead the U.S. influencer and ambassador strategy identifying and developing relationships with key athletes and community leaders.
- CRM & Audience Growth: Oversee CRM and newsletter strategies to drive participant acquisition retention and effective lifecycle communication.
- Performance & Budgeting: Manage the U.S. marketing budget ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable ROI through advanced performance tracking and analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams including events partnerships and global marketing to ensure seamless execution.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience: 68 years in marketing brand or campaign leadership roles ideally within the sports fitness or community-driven industries.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor team members and lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong experience in integrated marketing strategy and the ability to adapt global campaigns for the U.S. audience.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong capabilities in reporting and campaign optimization.
- Communication: Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Languages: English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to U.S. events and activations including weekends.
- Passion: A genuine love for sport fitness or live experiences.
