Day to Day
- Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments
- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior support plans
- Oversee RBTs and ensure quality programming and consistency
- Supervise mentor and support RBTs clinical skills development
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
- Provide family training to promote skill generalization and maximize treatment success
- Collaborate with families RBTs and other professionals (e.g. speech therapists occupational therapists) to create a unified care approach
- Ensure all remote sessions adhere to professional and ethical standards following BACB guidelines telehealth best practices and applicable insurance requirements to deliver consistent high-quality care
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
- Reliable access to technology (laptop internet) for communication and data management
- Strong organizational supervisory and communication skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel to client homes and centers
