Day to Day

Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments
Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior support plans
Oversee RBTs and ensure quality programming and consistency
Supervise mentor and support RBTs clinical skills development
Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
Provide family training to promote skill generalization and maximize treatment success
Collaborate with families RBTs and other professionals (e.g. speech therapists occupational therapists) to create a unified care approach
Ensure all remote sessions adhere to professional and ethical standards following BACB guidelines telehealth best practices and applicable insurance requirements to deliver consistent high-quality care

Education/Experience and Other Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
Reliable access to technology (laptop internet) for communication and data management
Strong organizational supervisory and communication skills
Reliable transportation for local travel to client homes and centers
