Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer Automation with strong expertise in Java and Selenium-based test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities:

Design implement stabilize and maintain automation test frameworks using Java Selenium BDD and TestNG
Develop and execute automated and exploratory tests to ensure high product quality
Ensure strong test coverage across features and user stories
Estimate plan prioritize and coordinate in-sprint regression and release testing
Define and contribute to Quality Engineering scope methodologies and tools
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
Work with Git and branching strategies
Collaborate closely with developers BAs product managers architects and QA leadership
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Drive and improve quality processes and best practices

Required Skills

6 8 years of experience in test automation
Strong hands-on experience with Java Selenium BDD TestNG
Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency with Git and version control best practices
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Agile/Scrum experience
