Position Overview

TheAssembler/Tester IIis responsible for assembling testing and preparing valve and choke products for shipment in a manufacturing environment. ThisAssembler/Tester IIrole involves using hand and power tools to assemble components performing functional testing and ensuring all products meet strict quality and specification standards.

The idealAssembler/Tester IIis detail-oriented mechanically inclined and capable of maintaining production accuracy while following safety and quality procedures.

Required Experience & Skills

High school diploma or GED preferred
13 years of manufacturing assembly or mechanical experience preferred
Ability toread work orders safety procedures and technical instructions
Strongattention to detail and quality control awareness
Basicmath skills including fractions decimals and measurements
Ability towork independently while following production procedures

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assemblevalve and choke components according to work orders and production specifications
Usehand tools and power toolsto complete mechanical assembly tasks
Test and calibrate assembled partsto meet required tolerances and specifications
Identify parts thatfail testing standards and perform adjustments or repairs
Maintainaccurate logs and records for testing equipment and job orders
Applyserial numbers and quality stampsfor proper product traceability
Maintain aclean organized and safe work environment
Follow allcompany safety procedures and PPE requirements

Physical Requirements

Ability tostand for extended periods during production tasks
Frequentbending stooping and reaching
Ability tolift up to 50 lbs occasionally
