15 yrs. QA experience candidate with 10 yrs. of management exposure
Test Director will oversee and manage complex projects within a portfolio
Manage communication and expectations of C-level stakeholders.
Align clients strategic goals with program delivery including Test Automation Gen AI and Data Strategy.
Change Management & adoption for processes strategies and tools
Champion transformation and innovation across the enterprise.
Develop manage program budgets identify risks dependencies and mitigation strategies.
General Insurance domain expertise is a PLUS
