Job Summary
We are hiring a Financial Operations Associate to support our corporate finance function. This role is designed to take execution-heavy finance and analytical work off leadership while giving the right candidate hands-on exposure to real-world financial operations light due diligence and process improvement.
This is a role ideal for someone early in their finance career who is strong in Excel understands financial statements and wants broad exposure rather than a narrow silo.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based financial analyses trackers and reporting
- Perform financial reviews and first-pass due diligence on acquisition opportunities
- Support process improvement and light automation.
- Help standardize recurring M&A workflows templates and documentation
- Provide general analytical and operational support to the finance team
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
- 12 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of financial statements and basic financial concepts
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas lookups pivot tables; modeling familiarity).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Eager and Motivated to learn and grow
