Job Summary
Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: March 31 2027
Work set up: Hybrid
10 years of experience in business analysis and testing roles within complex technology environments. Strong communication critical thinking analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Confidence in requirements gathering and elicitation with strong collaboration and documentation discipline. Proficiency in business analysis frameworks and methodologies documentation practices and technical understanding. Experience in test planning and execution test design techniques defect management and API testing. Advanced experience supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams under structured governance.
What you will do:
- Elicit analyze and document business and integration requirements and obtain formal business sign-off.
- Ensure requirements are testable and correctly translated into solution design and build.
- Define test strategy prepare and review test scenarios and test cases.
- Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing execution.
- Manage track and report defects and testing progress.
- Support deployment verification testing production readiness validation and cutover activities.
- Coordinate functional queries defect validation and fixes during post-go-live support.
- Facilitate transition to CCBA AMS teams after stabilization.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Develop detailed documentation to support business solution design and implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes and technology.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovation.
Qualifications :
- Bring 10 years of experience in business analysis and testing roles within complex technology environments.
- Demonstrate strong communication critical thinking analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit confidence in requirements gathering and elicitation with strong collaboration and documentation discipline.
- Apply proficiency in business analysis frameworks and methodologies documentation practices and technical understanding.
- Execute test planning and execution using test design techniques defect management and API testing.
- Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing with advanced experience.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams under structured governance.
