Finance Business Partner JOHANNESBURG GP
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly analytical Finance Business Partner to join a leading industrial minerals group. Based at the Head Office you will be responsible for driving the business partnering strategy with a heavy focus on budgeting forecasting and commercial analytics.
Key Performance Areas:
Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage and continuously improve the group-wide budget and forecast processes.
Business Analytics: Analyze business results proactively investigate variances and provide decision support for senior management.
Operational Finance: Oversee variable product costing stock valuations and raw material reconciliations.
Project Support: Assess and validate CAPEX feasibility and analyze new business opportunities.
Reporting: Compile monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and perform complex financial modelling.
Requirements:
Education: Accounting or Financial Management Honours (CIMA or CA(SA) is highly advantageous).
Experience: 3 years in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Excellent MS Excel skills (formulas and Pivot tables); experience with Business Intelligence software (IBM Cognos/TM1) is beneficial.
Travel: Must be willing to travel to various operations as required.
