Role Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for managing the overall Human Resources function including recruitment employee relations performance management compliance and HR policies to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Develop and implement HR policies procedures and systems
- Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary actions
- Oversee performance appraisal and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Manage payroll coordination attendance and leave systems
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Advise management on HR strategies and workforce planning
Qualification & Experience:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
5–10 years of relevant HR experience
