Job Summary

Role Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for managing the overall Human Resources function including recruitment employee relations performance management compliance and HR policies to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
  • Develop and implement HR policies procedures and systems
  • Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee performance appraisal and employee development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Manage payroll coordination attendance and leave systems
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Advise management on HR strategies and workforce planning
Qualification & Experience:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
5–10 years of relevant HR experience
