Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to oversee various HR functions including Payroll Employee Engagement HR Operations Labour Law Compliances Industrial Relations Grievance handling Onboarding and Exit Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
- Implement and drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity
- Handle HR operations including recruitment onboarding and exit process
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage industrial relations and handle employee grievances effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
