Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies processes and procedures across the employee lifecycle
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees ensuring a smooth joining experience
Maintain and generate HR MIS reports trackers and dashboards on a regular basis
Support the HR Head in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives
Assist the HR Head in Learning & Development activities including coordination tracking and documentation
Support HR operations documentation and process improvement initiatives as required
Qualifications :
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned task
Eligibility
MBA / MSW / PGDM (HR) students or any recent graduates
Available for a full-time internship for 6 months
