We are seeking a dedicated Workforce Management Operations Analyst to join our team ensuring efficient operations related to onboarding offboarding and compliance of contractor resources.
Job Summary: The Workforce Management Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing requests for contractor access within the organization. This includes coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and maintaining accurate reporting and metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of contracts and workforce management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding Management:
Manage requests for onboarding and offboarding of contractor resources.
Ensure the onboarding of Fixed Fee and Time & Materials (T&M) Contractors in the Oracle Information Management (OIM) system verifying compliance with established requirements.
Onboard and offboard contractors in the Clarity system ensuring all necessary actions are taken promptly.
Monitor SOW end dates and ensure contractors are offboarded timely
Review triggers in OIM for compliance before approving request to onboard or offboard
Contract Compliance:
Compare rates outlined in Statements of Work (SOWs) against the Master Rate Card to ensure alignment.
Review cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) and furlough language within contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
Validate that the SOW has been governance approved before proceeding with onboarding.
Ensure that T&M SOW has named resources ready for onboarding and that the resource names match the onboarding requests.
Confirm that SOW rates align with the rates documented in the Clarity system.
Reporting & Metrics:
Track the total number of incoming requests from all resources and maintain accurate records
Prepare roll-up reports for executives summarizing incoming requests onboarding status and compliance metrics
Identify track and report on thematic issues arising from contractor requests or operational processes providing insights for improvement.
Monitor and track SOW end dates ensuring timely offboarding of contractors as necessary.
Track and report savings achieved from position closures
Communication & Coordination:
Respond within agreed upon time to communications related to workforce management operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process while maintaining compliance with Chubb standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field preferred.
Proven experience in workforce management contract administration or a related field.
Strong understanding of SOWs contract compliance and workforce management systems (experience with OIM and Clarity is a plus).
Excellent organizational skills with extreme attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
