Job Summary
- Lead mechanical design related work on new product development and product improvement projects.
- Work out designverification test plan conduct tests and analyze the test results for new design project and study.
- Support project manager to work out project plan and complete deliverables on schedule according to Emerson New Product Development process.
- Work with other functional departments and provide technical support to improve product quality and cost.
- Support global projects and effectively communicate with global engineering team.
- Maintains awareness of state-of-the-art technologies evaluates and implements new technologies into product designs.
- Participate Energy-saving and technology improvements.

Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with the organizational goals.

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or equivalent
Relevant mechanical design experience is preferred
Skilled in 3D CAD software PTC Creo is preferred
Good English skills on listening speaking reading and writing
Mechanical design of product structure relevant experience
Actively learn through experimentation
Innovation and new idea creation
Good English communication skills
