In this role you will:
Execute CQE responsibilities as defined by the CQE Policy documents Entegris business processes account specific support plan and as led by CQE management.
This position will be dedicated tosupport business fromallor specificEntegris divisionswithChinacustomer(s) and product(s) the role is intended for
Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving Change Management Customer and Internal Audits Project Development Product Support and Development Programs as well as many other cross-functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris and Customer goals.
Be part of a global team that is designed to improvesuccessof Entegris with our customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams at varying levels and varying degrees of complexity across a vast range of productsregionsand companies. (customers and suppliers).
Demonstrate excellence in planning execution discipline learning leadership and teamwork (exemplify Entegris PACE values)
Provide support for various documentation expectations such as business processdocuments item tracking performancereportingand continuousimprovementproject management.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Mechanical or Electric/Electronic Engineering; or related technicalfield preferred
Experience in an engineering role in the areas of quality processequipmentor materials within the semiconductor industry. Areas of interest include CVD CMP Photo Etch Implant BCDwithLiquid/Air/Gas Filtration & Purificationexperience will be plus
Experience managing issues and projects between internal stakeholders and customers with experience in escalation management and project management focused on closing gaps between company capabilities and customer needs.
Experience with applicable quality tools such as pareto FMEAs SPC/SQC histograms trend analysis process mapping design of experimentscauseand effect diagrams 8D problem solvingmethodology
Experience working from home and remotely collaborating with colleaguescustomersand suppliers in virtual meetings is beneficial.
Flexibility to work non-standard hours and alternate work shifts to balance workload across America and Asia scope ofactivities.
Ability to communicate verbally in English and Mandarin.
Experience withworking and communicating between North America based manufacturing facilities and Asia based support teams and customers.
