Position Overview
We are seeking an HR & Office Administrator to support daily HR operations staffing coordination office administration and employee onboarding. This role works closely with staffing agencies internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth workforce and office operations.
This position is ideal for someone organized detail-oriented and comfortable handling both HR coordination and office support tasks.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with staffing agencies for sourcing screening and onboarding temporary/contract employees
- Manage new hire onboarding and process employee paperwork in HRIS
- Review and verify employee timecards for accuracy
- Support workplace safety programs and assist with emergency evacuation training
- Maintain office supplies assets and vendor coordination
- Manage corporate apartment lease programs including tenant onboarding records and landlord coordination
- Track and process office and employee-related expenses
- Support general HR and office administration tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior experience in HR staffing coordination or office administration preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Korean (required)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
