TheBusiness Operations Internrole withinGlobal Enterprise Marketing Field & Campaigns (GEM-FC)offers a unique opportunity to help shape how a large global enterprise marketing organizationoperates communicates and scales. OurBizOpsteam sits at the center of the organization partnering closely with leadership field marketing campaigns analytics and regional teams to drive clarity alignment and operational excellence.
In this highly visible roleyoullsupport the operating rhythm of a globalenterprisemarketing organization from planning cadences and communications to tooling process improvement and cross-team coordination.Youllwork closely with GEM-FC leadership and operations partners gaining exposure to how strategic priorities are translated into execution across regions and functions.

Support operational initiatives across theGlobal Enterprise Marketing Field & Campaignsorganization
Contribute to quarterly and annual planning rhythms to improve alignment and execution
Assistwith developing processes that increase visibility into priorities progress and performance
Alignwith cross-functional teams to improve how tools and platforms (e.g. planning systems SharePoint dashboards) support global collaboration
Create andmaintaininternal documentation and communications that support consistency and clarity
Supportleadership priorities that help streamline operations and improve how the organization works together
Partner with marketing leaders toensure strategies and plans are successful and hit KPIs

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort managing multiple workstreams and navigating ambiguity
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders from executives to individual contributors
Interest in enterprise marketing operations and how large global teams operate
A problem-solving mindset with a desire to improve systems processes and ways of working
