We are looking for a Dynamics AX Consultant with solid experience in Trade & Logistics modules capable of working on both projects and support tasks ensuring operational efficiency in invoicing purchasing sales inventory EDI integrations and data import using the Data Import Export Framework (DIXF).
Responsibilities:
Business Processes
-
Configure parameterize and support the following modules:
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Invoices tax documents fiscal parameters;
- Accounts Payable (AP): Purchase orders receipts vendor invoices;

Sales & Marketing: Sales orders pricing deliveries;
- Inventory & Warehouse Management: Stock management reservations batch/serial tracking transfers;
- Ensure traceability integrity and regulatory compliance across all processes.
Fiscal Documents & Invoicing
- Configure and troubleshoot NF-e NFC-e CT-e and other fiscal integrations;
- Support key routines including access keys CFOP CST tax rates and fiscal rules;
- Manage EDI / ESB / 3PL integrations including schema validation error handling and end-to-end testing;
- Coordinate with VANs partners and ESB systems to ensure smooth operations.
Data Import & Manipulation (DIXF / AIF / CSV)

Configure and execute import templates;

Cleanse data and reconcile inconsistencies;
- Create and document data load templates for Customers Vendors Items Prices Inventory and more.
Support & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze incidents identify root causes and implement permanent solutions;

Map processes and propose improvements;

Produce functional documentation and train key users.
Requirements:
Process Knowledge
- End-to-end understanding of processes: purchasing inventory sales invoicing EDI.
Technical Requirements:
-
Proven experience in Dynamics AX 2009 and/or AX 2012;
- Strong knowledge of the following modules: AR AP Sales Procurement Inventory and Warehouse;

Practical experience in fiscal and invoicing processes;

Experience with EDI (preferably ORDERS INVOIC DESADV);
- Experience with DIXF including creating maintaining and executing import projects;
- Ability to interpret tables relationships and AX data structures.
- Languages (spoken and written): Portuguese and English (mandatory).
Additional / Plus

Knowledge of TIBCO / BizTalk;

Experience with logistics operator integrations;

Involvement in fiscal projects and legal adaptations.
