- Provide support to Product Owner CRM Capability Experts and C4C Team in general;
- Provide support for both Sales and Service module to end users from Countries and Regions applying Support Concept;
- Communicate with different departments and business roles in order to support Sales and Service Cloud implementation process;
- Create maintain and improve existing SAP C4C Training documentation;
- Organize and deliver trainings to SAP C4C end-users;
- Provide support in different Testing activities (User Department testing Regression testing UAT and Integration testing);
- Cooperate with technical department during implementation of technical requirements and bug fixing processes;
- Assist during creation of documents for business/technical requirements;
- Test SAP Sales and Service solution and document bugs;
- Manage manual and automated data imports into the system;
- Document processes and interfaces;
- Work on data quality check.
Qualifications :
- University degree (Business Administration Organizational Sciences Economics or similar) with focus on IT;
- At least 3 years experience with CRM Sales and/or Service solution SAP (preferred) Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics 365 Oracle CRM etc.;
- Experience in Implementation of CRM solution (mandatory);
- Experience in Support processes (mandatory);
- Exceptional presentation skills (mandatory);
- Familiar with Agile methodology;
- Knowledge of JIRA or similar tracking tool;
- Advanced Excel knowledge;
- Able to work in cross-functional teams and international environment;
- Willingness to work in a global & virtual team;
- Good communication skills ability to think analytically and willingness to learn new things;
- Fluent in English;
- Eager to work with the newest technologies;
- Proactive and can easily adapt to new development environment;
- Self-motivated and with a great sense of ownership;
- Team player and willing to give and recieve feedback;
- Think outside the box and try to find creative approaches to challenges.
