About the Opportunity
An international Automotive Technology environment islooking for a Supply Chain Specialist focused on Logistics Developmentto support the evolution and optimization of global supply chain operations.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about processimprovement logistics strategy and supply chain innovation workingclosely with multiple teams to implement efficient scalable anddata-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in Supply Chain Management projects and continuous improvement initiatives to prepare operations for current and future demands.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of best practices standards and operational excellence processes within Supply Chain.
- Support multiple departments in project execution process optimization and change implementation.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of Supply Chain standards and frameworks.
- Support system development and implementation for SCM-related IT solutions.
- Promote continuous improvement methodologies and manage the benefits tracking database.
- Define and implement KPIs and OPIs to measure performance and operational impact.
- Build and maintain a demand coordination structure across supply chain operations.
- Design and develop supply chain solutions aligned with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Specialist Logistics Development Specialist or similar role.
- Experience with global material flow management logistics processes and system rollouts.
- Solid knowledge of logistics process design and optimization.
- Experience in project management and change management initiatives.
- Strong financial awareness and analytical mindset.
