Location: PortoPortugal

Only candidates already basedin Portugal will be considered

Work Model: Hybrid(23 days per week in the office)

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Supply Chain Management projects and continuous improvement initiatives to prepare operations for current and future business requirements.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of excellence processes standards and best practices within Supply Chain Management.
• Support multiple departments in the implementation of operational changes and project execution.
• Help define and implement Supply Chain standards and governance models.
• Support the development and deployment of SCM-related IT systems and digital solutions.
• Promote and implement process excellence initiatives including Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and other continuous improvement programs.
• Manage and support the continuous improvement process including maintaining the benefits database and sharing best practices for centralized inventory management.
• Define implement and monitor KPIs and OPIs to ensure operational efficiency and performance visibility.
• Provide a structured demand coordination framework across teams and stakeholders.
• Develop innovative supply chain solutions to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Consultant ideally with focus on Central Inventory Management or similar roles.
• Proven experience with global material flow management including process design and system rollouts.
• Experience in project management and change management.
• Previous consulting experience within supply chain environments.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
