Your Role


We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the Canada Field Sales team. The role based in Toronto Ontario boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management with a focus on our customers within the Health Corporate and Performance segment in the greater Toronto metro area.

In this role as a Technogym salesperson you should be hungry highly professional industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products services and solutions.

Your Impact

  • Visit potential and/or current partners daily actively nurturing partner relationships
  • Travel regularly through assigned regional territory (more than 50% of the time)
  • Own full sales cycle from outreach to close with focus on in-person visits and thoughtful follow-ups
  • Provide white glove customer service to current and potential partners ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that local sales profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
  • Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
  • Generate leads profile customers plan activities and update the CRM
  • Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities

About You

Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment.

What you should bring:

  • At least 3 years outbound field sales experience
  • Degree in Business Administration Sales or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Industry knowledge and/or a strong professional network within the vertical
  • Strong B2B sales experience
  • Comfortable with longer sales cycles
  • Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
  • Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce SAP and PowerBI
  • Excellent listening communications and presentation abilities
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Access to reliable transportation to visit 5 current/potential clients per day
