Summary:
Were looking for a Salesforce BA to translate business needs into clear Salesforce requirements user stories and process designs. Youll partner with stakeholders across business and technology to drive delivery in an Agile environment and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead discovery workshops map current/future state processes and elicit requirements/user stories with acceptance criteria (INVEST).
Own Salesforce backlog refinement prioritization and sprint ceremonies alongside the Product Owner.
Produce detailed functional specs data models and integration/interface requirements (Sales/Service Cloud Experience Cloud Marketing Cloud as applicable).
Collaborate with architects/developers on solution design including declarative vs. programmatic tradeoffs.
Define reporting/analytics needs (dashboards KPIs) and data governance rules (field-level security sharing).
Manage change impacts draft training/enablement materials and support cutover/hypercare.
Ensure compliance with security privacy and audit standards (e.g. SOX/PII) and follow SDLC and Agile practices.
Qualifications:
7 years as a BA (3 specifically with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud).
Hands-on with user story writing process mapping (BPMN) and data/field design.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration concepts (objects flows validation rules sharing profiles/permission sets).
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs middleware) and data migration (Data Loader ETL).
Agile/Scrum experience; Jira/Azure DevOps proficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
