Tasks

Assist in the procurement of IT goods and services by preparing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any discrepancies related to shipments or invoicing.
Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their offerings in terms of quality price and delivery capabilities.
Collaborate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications for products and services.
Maintain an organized system for tracking orders inventory levels and supplier information to support efficient purchasing operations.

Requirements

Associates degree in business or related field is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
