Music Content Assistant

Position Summary

TheMusic Content Assistantsupports the preparation organization and integration of song content within the MusoLingo learning system. This role ensures that song assetssuch as lyrics metadata and filesare accurately formatted organized and ready for platform ingestion. Working closely with the music production and product teams the role also performs quality checks and helps maintain consistency across the song content pipeline.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Format and prepare song lyrics for the MusoLingo Learning Matrix

• Organizeand maintain song files vocal keys and metadata

• Align content to backend schemas (IDs timestamps level mapping)

• Perform spreadsheet-to-system data entry and validation

• Conduct basic QA checks on files naming conventions and metadata

• Assist with bug reporting and provide clear reproducible notes for developers

Qualifications

• Passion for music with basic training and ability to read notation; professional experience not required

• Tech-savvywith at least 1 year of work experiencepreferably inacoding environment orusingAI tools; quick to learn new software and other digital platforms

• Experience in music production content management QA or tech operations is a plus

• Familiaritywith JSON or structured data is helpfulbut not required

• Organized reliable and methodical in managing files and dataincludingspreadsheetsanddocuments

• A college degree is also not required; candidatesfromtechnicalinstitutionsmaybe considered

• Strongattention to detail logical thinkingand communication skills

• Flexible to a hybrid work setup (1 day onsite 4 days work-from-home)
