Baltimore RavensCommunity Relations Intern 2026The Community Relations intern will be a self-starter and possess creativity drive and passion for positively impacting the local community. This assertive individual will work in a fast-paced environment display enthusiasm and aid in our contribution to a better Baltimore. Upon completion of the internship it is our hope that the knowledge gained is one that provides great value and experience towards future career endeavors in the sport FRAME: May 2025 - May 2026 ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The following is a general list of duties pertaining to the community relations internship. This list may change based on the needs to complete a particular will work a 4050-hour week and will be required to work evenings weekends and holidays as necessaryInterns will assist with all duties that pertain to game days and Ravens eventsInterns will support and at times lead events driven by the teams community engagement prioritiesInterns will serve as a liaison to nonprofits and host meetings with community membersInterns will assist with ordering and keeping inventory of donation items and giveawaysInterns will assist in the planning organization and execution of the 2026 Training CampInterns will handle and fulfill community requests via phone e-mail and regular mail including fan and care packagesInterns will coordinate player visits to various community events and appearancesInterns will support the Public Relations staff as well as provide media assistance at various community events Interns will maintain a database of community appearances and donationsInterns will aid in drafting and posting Ravens Community social mediaOther related duties as assignedREQUISITE SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES:The following are required of a Ravens CR intern:Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills able to multi-task and prioritizeExceptional problem-solving skills attention to detail and capacity to thrive in pressure situationsBe highly proficient in verbal and written communicationsAbility to work independently as well as with a team and interdepartmentally EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Applicants are reviewed based on the following:Have graduated from a 4-year degree seeking institution or are currently enrolled as a senior Sport Management Marketing Communications major/minor preferredPrior experience in the sport/leisure industryDemonstration of leadership roles is a plusPrior experience in customer serviceVolunteer and/or nonprofit experience preferredEXPECTATIONS:The following expectations are required of a CR Intern:A professional approach in all interactions with fans corporate partners fellow Ravens staff members and Ravens players and coachesPunctuality and accountability in each dutyResponsible for providing their own housing in the Baltimore area as well as independent transportationAPPLICATION PROCESS:To be considered for this internship applicants must:Upload and submit a resume and cover sure to include 2-3 professional references within the online the required additional screening questions as part of the who do not include all required information will be removed from moving forward will receive an email to complete a video interview.
