Job Summary:
Caterpillars Electric Power Division has an open opportunity as a Rental Power Business Development Manager. The Rental Power Business Development Manager will oversee and coordinate all sales and marketing activities for a significant client or specific client group. Opportunity development of rental power solutions and influencing of rental power applications with large projects.
What you will do:
Follow organizational policies and procedures and maintaining clear and direct line of communication within the organization to meet customer requirements.
Consult with dealers and internal business partners on the subject of sales and service support of product to corporate account customers.
Design processes for informing customer of rates shipping date anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer.
Work directly with customers to collect information sell additional products and services to current customers and ensure customers needs are met.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Prior experience in Electric Power and Data Center applications.
Previous rental industry experience and/or recognized expertise within electric power industries and markets is desired.
Understanding of data center design topologies and the application of Cat Electric Power products within data center environments is desired.
Additional Information:
This position can be located in Dallas TX; Alpharetta GA; Houston TX; or CO-Home in Colorado.
Travel up to 75% is required.
Domestic relocation assistance is offered for those who will be working out of an official CAT Office location.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

$147760.00 - $221640.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
