Job Summary

Full service engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Bridge Department Manager to their Indianapolis office!

Responsibilities:

Lead Structural Engineer/Project Manager on transportation projects (bridges retaining walls culverts)
Perform quality assurance reviews
Mentor/train junior staff
Provide technical oversight
Perform quality checks on project deliverables
Monitor productivity/technical proficiency of staff
Track progress to ensure production requirements are met
Prepare structural scopes of work
Develop work plans/schedules
Assist with business development activities

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in civil or structural engineering
Masters degree preferred
8 years of bridge design/analysis experience
PE License
Experience with steel reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete design
Proficient with bridge analysis software such as LARSA 4D and/or CSI Bridge
Familiar with Bentley CAD tools preferred
Working knowledge of various state Bridge Design Manuals

Salary is commensurate with experience.
