DescriptionExperience / Qualifications
Preferably 12 years of relevant experience including customer service logistics functions or handling shipping documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication skills and a fast learner.
Positive mindset and a strong team player.
Able to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and English Language.
Good working knowledge of Incoterms is an advantage.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Experience with Oracle systems is an advantage.
Primary Responsibilities / DUTIES
Customer Service
- Fulfil and support sales orders
- Track and follow up closely with Sales and customers on back orders status
- Provide customer support. Attend to all customers inquiries and provide assistance as and when necessary.
- Advise customers on product price and lead time
- Coordinate and expedite with internal and external departments on customer orders and delivery matters.
- Coordinate with Sales and customer on quality issues and good returns etc.
- Coordinate with Finance department on customer payments
- Issue credit notes to customers
- Liaise with Bahasa Indonesia and English speaking customers.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Filing of invoices and all sales related documents
Logistics
- Liaise with forwarders on import and export arrangements and manages the movement of goods ensuring timely and accurate delivery of shipments
- Involves preparing shipping documents coordinating with carriers tracking shipments and resolving any logistics issues.
- Understanding of international shipping regulations customs requirements and industry best practices.
- Handling and preparation of full set shipping documentations
- Other shipping documentation related responsibilities
- Support incoming shipments such as checking on physical goods and placed to designated assigned locations.
- Support picking and packing of shipments.
- Generate shipping instructions and support logistics team when needed including but not limited to Oracle system invoicing.
- Liaise with Bahasa Indonesia and English speaking customers.
- Other ad Hoc duties assign by Supervisor.
