Overview
Review inpatient census lists and Daily Progress reports; monitor local funeral home obituaries for potential and deceased donors
Prepare weekly lists of deceased donors and maintain accurate donor records through data entry in Raisers Edge and NXT
Support donor stewardship by preparing acknowledgement letters organizing electronic donor files and updating records from returned mail
Coordinate and verify electronic gifts received at corporate and prepare deposits in the supervisors absence
Process schedule and track invoices and assist with billing activities
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Foundation team
Assist with event preparation including mailing lists name badges table tents PowerPoint slides and program materials
Collaborate with the Annual Gift Director on mailing lists and data hygiene
Prepare monthly financial dashboard reports and collaborate with Finance and Accounting
Monitor office supplies and postage; place orders through Workday and USPS as needed
Maintain documentation of Raisers Edge Foundation Specialist processes and procedures
Provide phone coverage for the main line and support the Foundation mailbox
Coordinate vendor services including Brinks and Shred-It
Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint Teams) Raisers Edge Square and Workday while demonstrating strong attention to detail organization time management adaptability and teamwork.
Education
Bachelors Degree.
6 years of related experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
Experience
Experience with donor management software preferred.
