Overview:

Overview

  • Review inpatient census lists and Daily Progress reports; monitor local funeral home obituaries for potential and deceased donors

  • Prepare weekly lists of deceased donors and maintain accurate donor records through data entry in Raisers Edge and NXT

  • Support donor stewardship by preparing acknowledgement letters organizing electronic donor files and updating records from returned mail

  • Coordinate and verify electronic gifts received at corporate and prepare deposits in the supervisors absence

  • Process schedule and track invoices and assist with billing activities

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Foundation team

  • Assist with event preparation including mailing lists name badges table tents PowerPoint slides and program materials

  • Collaborate with the Annual Gift Director on mailing lists and data hygiene

  • Prepare monthly financial dashboard reports and collaborate with Finance and Accounting

  • Monitor office supplies and postage; place orders through Workday and USPS as needed

  • Maintain documentation of Raisers Edge Foundation Specialist processes and procedures

  • Provide phone coverage for the main line and support the Foundation mailbox

  • Coordinate vendor services including Brinks and Shred-It

  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint Teams) Raisers Edge Square and Workday while demonstrating strong attention to detail organization time management adaptability and teamwork.


Education

  • Bachelors Degree.

  • 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree will be considered.

Experience

Experience with donor management software preferred.
