Job Summary
- Develop detailed project plans timelines Gantt Charts and resource allocation for Capex projects.
- Experience in P&IDs for Machinery / Plant equipments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to scope schedule and budget.
- Prepare and manage project budgets ensuring cost optimization and financial compliance.
- Track expenditures and report variances to management.
- Liaise with internal departments vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety legal and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts progress reports and closure reports.
- Present project performance metrics to leadership.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or related field (Masters preferred).
- Candidates with Certification in Project Management will be preferred
- Minimum 710 years of experience in managing Capex or large-scale infrastructure projects/ Machinery.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and timelines.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred).
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools.
- Holds a valid driving license and willingness for extensive travel
- Willing to relocate to any city across Pakistan as per requirement
Additional Information :
- This position requires 6 working days on-site to ensure close coordination and hands-on management of project activities.
