Reporting to the General Manager the Revenue manager is responsible for determining the strategic objectives and strategies that drive hotel revenue across all channels: rooms food and beverage and events. They are also responsible for ensuring that the inventory pricing and distribution strategy is developed to support the hotels overall revenue objectives in accordance with brand recommendations. The manager is responsible for making strategic decisions that ensure the overall profitability of the hotel as well as guaranteeing rate integrity and long-term guest satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Hospitality Management or a related field is required; a Masters degree is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in revenue management within a five-star hotel establishment or equivalent field demonstrating a proven track record of exceptional performance.
- Comprehensive expertise in advanced revenue optimization strategies and techniques is essential.
- Superior analytical capabilities including the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into strategic actionable plans.
- Demonstrated proficiency in hotel revenue management systems Microsoft Office suite and data visualization tools (such as IDEAS G3 TARS and similar platforms).
- Exemplary leadership abilities with a history of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams in a demanding environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills both written and verbal suitable for high-level executive interactions.
- Strategic thinking capabilities with the proven ability to make decisive data-driven decisions in critical situations.
- In-depth current knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends is crucial.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail are imperative.
