Job Description Summary
We areseekinga highly motivated intern to join our Inside Sales Team and gain hands-on experience in pipeline management construction project research and customer engagement. This early talent career program will provide exposure to lead generation opportunity management sales strategy and fact-finding research for key projects helping to create value for our Field Sales Teams. The intern will also gaina strong foundationin sales pipeline management learning how opportunities progress from lead to close.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Interestin developing skills in opportunity management pipeline tracking customer insights and sales research.
Availability to work a 40-hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer.
Education Certification/License & Work Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field at an accredited university.
Graduate students or undergraduate students who have completed at least one full year of courseworkpreferred.
Previouscoursework or experience in sales market research or business analytics is a plus.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
Base: $21.00 - $25.00 hourly based on specific compensable factors including but not limited to education work experience and geographic market.
