Services Sales is accountable for the new client business development and relationship management or growing existing accounts by originating managing and closing up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and orchestrating outcome-based delivery execution. It has significant influence on the development and growth of strategic new Services business and develops and maintains effective strategic relationships in assigned account(s). They are also accountable to ensure business growth through business development activities and ensure they are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy. Accountable for the sales or/and delivery activities for the assigned client/s. Represents the Services organization from a sales and business development perspective and is a key contributor to the overall success of the customer and partner relationships.

What youll do:

• Builds a foundation within assigned account(s) on which to harvest future Services business opportunities
• Accountable for booking and revenue Services targets for assigned account(s)
• Origination and management of opportunities and bids deal closure through formal sales cycle
• Sells the complete Services portfolio aligned to customer needs (according to defined Sales bag)
• Single Point of Contact for the customer representing the SAP Services organization
• Direct contributor to overall long term success of customer and partner relationships
• Orchestrates resources: deploy appropriate teams to execute winning sales and delivery
• Accountable for all Services Commercial aspects in assigned account(s)
• Supporting Delivery Teams engaged in delivering against existing contracts
• Developing and delivering sustainable long-term customer engagements across all SAP products and services to support our customerʼs success.
• Supporting customerʼs transformation journey with full accountability across Sales and Delivery
• Setting strategic goals and outcomes to support the customerʼs business objectives

Role Purpose

To develop and execute a customer-centric strategy that drives lifetime value ensures customer success and achieves quarterly quotas through effective adoption and consumption of SAP Services solutions. The role focuses on building trusted relationships addressing business goals and achieving consistent performance through a winning culture.

What you bring:

• Build and maintain trusted long-term customer relationships delivering ongoing value and success aligned with customer needs
• Understand and integrate customers business goals and outcomes into strategic plans ensuring full visibility of provisioning adoption and renewal
• Develop and manage a robust R4Q pipeline aligning with customer requirements and internal strategies for future success
• Accelerate adoption and consumption of SAP Services to secure continuous engagement and future opportunities
• Achieve quarterly quotas predictably by aligning value-added solutions with customer needs and maintaining a strong focus on performance metrics.

Compensation Range Transparency

SAP believes pay transparency is essential for cultivating an honest supportive and inclusive culture representing a significant step in our commitment to leading the way in achieving pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range which includes both base salary and variable incentive targets for the career level of the posted role. The target range for this position is315700 - 654600(PLN).The actual amount offered to successful candidates will fall within this range and will depend on factors such as education skills experience and role scope as determined during the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a target amount with the actual payout depending on both company and individual performance.
