Where Youll Make a Difference

Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the Polish market for artisan gelato & pastry ingredients.
Identify approach and acquire new customers in the food service and artisan gelato sectors.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to strengthen loyalty and maximize opportunities.
Support and collaborate with distributors to ensure product knowledge alignment on goals and market expansion.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive insights.
Provide technical guidance on product usage and applications to customers and distributors.
Conduct instore or laboratory demonstrations to present ingredient functionality and recipe preparation.
Collaborate with technical teams on training sessions workshops and product launches.
Plan and execute customer visits and represent IFF at industry events trade fairs and promotional activities.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Proven experience in sales within the food service channel (HoReCa gelato pastry bakery).
Experience with artisan gelato ingredients or professional ingredient portfolios is highly valued.
Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn product applications in artisan gelato and pastry.
Ability to work autonomously while coordinating effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a nationwide territory.
Experience conducting technical presentations product demos or handson sessions.
Native Polish and fluent English language skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within Poland and a valid driving license.

How Would You Stand Out

Background in artisan gelato laboratories or production.
Experience with companies producing or distributing gelato ingredients.
Italian language skills.
