Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager role is central to strengthening our position in the Polish energy market through longterm strategic customer relationships and highvalue commercial activities.
Mission and Key Objectives:
Key Responsibilities:
Build develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with key customers in Poland.
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in the power and gas market.
Drive sales activities (electricity sales in % and MW solutions) with existing and new key customers.
Identify customer needs and propose tailored energy solutions including power green power and green gas.
Achieve annual sales targets in line with the approved sales plan.
Coordinate contract execution in close cooperation with internal teams (trading legal credit risk operations).
Manage daily commercial interactions with current and prospective strategic customers.
Proactively identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and market segments.
Monitor customer performance contract profitability and sales KPIs.
Prepare sales forecasts regular reports and strategic account plans.
Report directly to the Sales Director.
Candidate Profile:
Experience and Education
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a sales role within the power/energy sector.
Academic background in economics business management or related fields (preferred).
Skills and Competencies
Solid understanding of the Polish power and gas markets.
Strong customeroriented mindset and ability to build lasting business relationships.
Proven track record of delivering outstanding sales results.
Highly driven proactive and resultoriented personality.
Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts and projects simultaneously.
Experience working crossfunctionally with trading credit risk legal and operational teams.
Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
Persuasive and confident communicator with strong influencing abilities.
Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written).
