What the role is about
Youll be responsible for budgeting forecasting financial modelling and driving profitability across a portfolio of business units. Your financial insights will help guide operational decisions and support sustainable growth.

What youll be doing

Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles
Partner with business unit heads to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
Drive ROI analysis and performance tracking
Own financial reporting risk analysis and scenario planning
Review and improve financial processes cost models and reporting tools
Act as the key liaison between finance and operations
Manage a small team and support their development

What were looking for

CA(SA) not negotiable
9 years experience in accounting and financial management
3 years experience in management accounting and leadership roles
Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
Skilled in Excel and financial modelling
Confident communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders
