Were looking for a commercially sharp Finance Business Partner who thrives in a dynamic multinational environment. This role is all about adding value not just reporting numbers but influencing the business through insight analysis and strategic thinking.
What Youll Be Driving:
- Planning & Forecasting (Strategic Plan Annual Plan Rolling Forecasts)
- Financial Analysis & Modelling to support business decisions
- Bespoke value-added reporting for key stakeholders
- Translating data into clear actionable insights
- Partnering with operations to improve performance and efficiency
- Tertiary Finance / Commercial qualification
- 5 years experience (commercial finance highly preferred)
- Strong FP&A modelling and analytical capability
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Experience in multinational / multi-entity environments
- Exposure to costing production or value chains
- A proactive inquisitive mindset with the ability to influence and challenge
