Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive - Agent to join our team in Jakarta Indonesia. As a key member of our sales force you will be responsible for driving revenue growth building strong client relationships and representing our companys products and services in the local market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline in the CRM system
- Attend industry events trade shows and networking functions to expand business opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of 2-3 years in sales consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Jakarta
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the Jakarta area
