Role Objective

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our hospitality-focused this critical role you will design and execute strategic digital initiatives to bolster brand equity and stimulate customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will utilize their proficiency in SEO content strategy social media management and digital advertising to launch high-impact campaigns. You will work in synergy with cross-functional departments to interpret market trends and consumer behavior ensuring our marketing solutions are data-driven and resonant. We value a blend of creative innovation and analytical rigor to optimize campaign performance in a fast-paced evolving industry.



Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution: Formulate and deploy holistic digital marketing strategies to elevate brand positioning and drive user acquisition.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and optimize the organizations presence across all social platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Market Intel: Conduct rigorous market research and data analysis to identify emerging trends and consumer insights.
  • Content Lifecycle: Curate and manage high-quality content for the corporate website blogs and social channels to nurture target audiences.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable reporting to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to produce premium marketing assets and collateral.
  • Paid Media: Plan and manage PPC and display advertising campaigns ensuring optimal budget allocation and ROI.






Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing with a preference for candidates from the hospitality or travel tech sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of SEO SEM PPC and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within a collaborative team environment.
  • Tools: Mastery of social media management platforms and content creation software.
  • Aptitude: A synthesis of creative thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
