We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to lead marketing execution lead management and recruitment operations. This role combines marketing operations and performance management ideal for professionals with experience in service-based industries.
Tasks
- Manage the full recruitment funnel from lead generation to enrolment
- Collect manage and monitor leads from digital offline and partner channels
- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication
- Drive lead-to-enrolment conversion through structured processes
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Plan execute and track marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Coordinate events seminars and promotional activities
- Work closely with internal teams counsellors and partners
- Track KPIs: leads conversions enrolments & campaign ROI
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements
- Improve workflows and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing operations or management roles
(Experience in any service-based company is acceptable) - Experience in lead management sales funnels and conversion tracking
- Strong communication coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Analytical mindset with reporting & KPI tracking experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Education or related fields
