This role is ideal for candidates who have worked as a Sales Manager Team Leader or Senior Call Center Executive and can manage people drive sales targets and handle high-quality student counselling.
Tasks
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and clients
- Provide professional career and education counselling
- Promote UK university courses and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Manage daily sales operations and lead follow-ups
- Supervise guide and motivate junior call center agents
- Set and monitor daily weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call reports
- Ensure excellent customer service and high call quality standards
- Coordinate with the admissions and management teams
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
Requirements
- Minimum 24 years experience in call center sales / education consultancy / customer support
- Proven experience as Sales Manager / Team Leader / Call Center Supervisor
- Fluent English speaking ability (mandatory)
- English Medium background OR Bengali Medium with IELTS 7.0 in Speaking
- Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets
- Excellent phone handling and customer service skills
- Comfortable working UK office hours
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
