Our ecosystem features sophisticated Property Management Systems (PMS) integrated multi-currency payment solutions and intuitive self-service portals designed to streamline operations for both hoteliers and travelers.
As we scale our operations within the Bangladesh market we are inviting applications for the position of Reservation Support Executive (RSE). We seek a proactive professional committed to enhancing the guest experience and contributing to our community-driven platform.
Primary Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end reservation lifecycle and fostering strategic partnerships. Key duties include:
- Guest Assistance: Guiding travelers through the hotel discovery and procurement process providing comprehensive support both pre- and post-booking.
- Relationship Management: Developing and sustaining high-value relationships with key travelers and strategic hotel partners.
- Administrative Oversight: Managing partner and guest profiles including the issuance of booking confirmations vouchers login credentials and tax-compliant (GST) invoices.
- Conflict Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer grievances with a focus on efficiency and service excellence.
- Business Development: Driving revenue growth through strategic upselling cross-selling and keeping clients informed of new product offerings.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior management to align operational activities with organizational goals.
- Market Analysis: Utilizing CRM software to conduct business reviews and monitoring competitive market trends to inform strategy.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree (preference given to candidates with a background in Hospitality and Tourism).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy; candidates possessing a personal laptop for professional use will be prioritized.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication abilities and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with relevant internship experience in the travel/tech sector
