Job Summary
- Youll be a self-starter and be responsible for all delivery man hiring needs
- Be the contact point for all Delivery Staff
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sites/newspapers/colleges/ etc.
- Screen the thousands of applications we receive through different channels and form a structured approach to recruitment
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants relevant knowledge skills and soft skills.
- Conduct background checks and verify identity.
- Prepare on-boarding and training material for all new and existing delivery staffs
- Prepare and maintain documentation for all delivery staff records.
Qualifications :
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Recruitment & Selection Staffing
