- Product Validation & Approval Specialist はQVC InternationalをサポートしQVCジャパンにおけるQualityにあたる品質管理を担当します
勤務場所
- このポジションはハイブリッドとなります週に2回幕張オフィスでの勤務が必要です出社日は事前に決められており会社全体で統一されています
仕事内容
ポジション概要
商品サンプルや関連資料をもとに品質法令仕様面から商品の妥当性を検証し販売承認までのプロセスを推進する役割です ベンダーや社内バイヤーと連携し改善点や是正事項を適切にフィードバックしながら商品の安全性と品質基準の確保を支えます
- 商品情報とサンプルの照合を行い発注前に品質仕様法令表示を確認
- 不具合や表示不備の有無を判定し販売の可否を決定
- 販売後のお客様フィードバックをもとに品質改善を推進
- ベンダーと連携し品質課題の是正改善活動を実施
- 客観性をもって評価し関係者と適切にコミュニケーションを図りながら承認プロセスを遂行
応募資格
必須
- Excelについての実務知識を有しPCを十分に使いこなすことができる
- 客観性をもって商品を評価し改善点を論理的に伝えられるコミュニケーション力
- ベンダーや社内部門と協力しながら課題解決を前向きに進められる調整力
- 複数案件を的確に管理し状況に応じて優先順位を判断できる判断力と実行力
- WordPowerPointの使用経験中級レベル
- 商品品質商品評価に関する実務経験
