What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track payment transactions performance indicators and adherence.

  • Build and document workflows for payment processes ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

  • Work together with internal groups and the new vendor to ensure system functionality matches business requirements.

  • Carry out data analysis to uncover patterns deviations and possibilities for improving processes.

  • Support testing and validation of new payment workflows during implementation.

  • Provide training and documentation for collaborators on new processes and reporting tools.

  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in all payment-related activities.

  • Troubleshoot issues and assist with exceptions as backup.

  • Support two CIS systems and handle related tasks.

  • Be available for some travel as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Associates degree in a financial area with 2-4 years of experience in payment support or a related field; OR An equivalent combination of education certification work experience will be considered.

  • Established experience in building and managing reporting dashboards.

  • Proven expertise in crafting and detailing payment process workflows.

  • Strong analytical capability to detect patterns and possibilities for growth.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Experience in testing and validating new workflows.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to compliance standards.

  • Capable of providing training and clear documentation for collaborators.

  • Proficient in troubleshooting and handling exceptions.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based with occasional travel as necessary.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping kneeling light moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds) reaching above shoulder repetitive motion typing sitting standing visual requirement (able to see screens detect color coding read fine print) hearing requirement and the ability to work in tight spaces.

Ability to: understand remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines complete routine forms compose letters outlines memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Dominion Pay Grade: N37

For Internal Use Only: The Enbridge title for this position is Analyst Payment Support and it is associated with an E400 salary grade.
